On our third day of our trip (New Year's Eve) we were super lucky to go to start our day at Magic Kingdom! Mommy talks about this place all the time and I was happy to finally get to see what all the hype was about!! Thanks to Mommy's friend Laken (who used to teach with Mommy at the dance studio before she got her awesome gig at Disney!), we got to spend the day at Magic Kingdom and see her perform in the Christmas Parade! We met Laken in the morning and spent an hour with her in the park before her report time!

We got to watch Laken in the Once Upon a Christmastime Parade! (Mommy has so many pictures of that, I put my foot down and said - this blog is about me!) After the parade, we met Laken at a special door to get our picture taken with her in her beautiful ball gown. When we walked in the room -- SURPRISE -- Mickey and Minnie were there! Mommy went bananas and the mice just loved me! (Who can resist me really?) I got to check out their noses, stare at them, all the while be adored by them! Then, Minnie took me and I got lots of pictures with these famous mice! I am such a lucky boy!!!!! Of course, Mommy and Daddy have a million pictures of these special 10 minutes!! Here are just a few!
Eventually, Laken had to force Minnie to give me back to Mommy! She loved me so much! She wanted to keep me with her all day!!! But then Laken reminded her she hadn't had her mouse lunch yet!!!
The meet and greet wasn't complete though without a photo with our Magical Friend Laken and our crew of travelers!
I can't wait to see Laken perform again!

The Magic Kingdom was so crowded for NYE festivities that we decided it was best to hop to a different park.... here is our last family shot leaving my first visit to "the Kingdom!"
We decided to hop to Epcot since it was close to our hotel in case we had had enough!

We spent a lot of time people watching! We sat on the grass between Morocco and Germany for a good hour and took a rest! I loved seeing all the different people!
Luckily, Mommy and Daddy have been together to Disney a whole bunch in the past 6 years! So there was no pressure for them! (which was great!) We all got to just watch and take in all the magic without having to run and rush around! Around 5pm, we had all had it, so we strolled back to our hotel to relax and think about dinner before witnessing the fireworks from our corner room!Thank you Laken for making our day so very magical!!! We can't wait to see you in the Spring when you come home, and of course, don't forget Summer 2012!
